once some vested interest complained that I am doing CA practice though it was totally unfounded. Management especially late Sh. D sen Gupta came to my rescue and I was absolved from mental agonies. I have always got support not only from Management but from staff members for smooth running of day to day work. I can boast that my attitude towards staff members was very positive. we can develop confidence in staff members provided you are honest and willing to assume responsibility if staff member Inadvertently committed mistake. work culture depends on individual . I am proud of to work with National Insurance as the company provided the bread and butter along with peace of mind....Read More
