Job security is very good. The Team work and support from top level are also appreciable. Work environment in almost all the offices is good.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, particularly during the time of Finalisation of Accounts. Through the year, no proper attention is given to the accounts and at the year end it creates many difficulties at the time of timely completion , this also affects the quality of accounts.Shortage of trained staff affects the work in the remote offices.
