I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I genuinely enjoy working at NIMS Hospital and Medical College. The work environment is supportive, and I feel that I’m part of a team that’s committed to providing high-quality patient care. The salary was on time.

Dislikes

Use and throw culture, no job security. Foul language by chairman even to his kin. Very far away 40 km from city. Monkeys on campus snatch your belongings. Long hours of work, overtime during inspection period.
