Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The salary was on time.

Dislikes

Use and throw culture, no job security. Foul language by chairman even to his kin. Very far away 40 km from city. Monkeys on campus snatch your belongings. Long hours of work, overtime during inspection period.
