I had a highly disappointing experience with NISG. Despite my approved leaves, the company terminated me during my pregnancy without any valid justification. None of my complaints were acknowledged, and I received no support or guidance from HR or management. It was an extremely unfair and insensitive decision, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.
