The company has manpower engagements with the Ministries and Government Departments. The work location is usually on-site working on themes like government process re-engineering, request for proposals (RFPs), tenders, technology consulting, project management etc. One gets to work with the IAS officers including those at secretary levels very often. The salaries are always credited in time. The salaries offered are on the lower side compared to the market trends, usually offer upto 10% above the existing CTC. The increments offered are not satisfactory if you are a high performer, usually range between 5-10% only regardless of your performance score. Transparency often lacks when the decisions have to be taken by the client (govt.) on policy matters.

1.They are not empowered to support the people placed at the project. 2.They will not come into any picture and not at all reachable in most of the times when the situation arises to individual to talk to them. 3.They will not be supportive in any form and the decision will be on one way and will not have any care for professionalism.

They just work on the direction of government client. If client says no to employ they will also say no

This is a Lal type company to work, they will not give you salary on time saying they haven't received it from the client. Nothing is there, they are just working as a HR who is paying you , other than that you even can't approach to anyone.
