The Policies and guidlines are good. They will become active while onboarding or exiting.

1.They are not empowered to support the people placed at the project. 2.They will not come into any picture and not at all reachable in most of the times when the situation arises to individual to talk to them. 3.They will not be supportive in any form and the decision will be on one way and will not have any care for professionalism.

Will get a chance to work for government projects. Can have a large scale project exposure.

Dislikes

The HR's are helpless. Not even replies to the mails. Everything depends upon the client that we're assigned to. No proper employee management. No benefits.
