Worst organisation i have ever worked in, you will see lot of work politics, pressure, no work life balance, favouritism. If you have a good tolerance and good in politics then go for it. If you’re someone who is simple like me then avoid if u join then your life become hell.

Good things automatically effect when things do not happen in terms of many things. Despite all, they are good in terms of your leaves because more than 5 cannot carry forward.

Misleading in Interview, purposely lie about shift timings, they don't have CAB facility, Worst in hierarchy. They don't have proper cafeteria.

Working in NAB Gurgaon as analyst is such a worst experience ever. Some issues like toxic work environments, poor management, lack of recognition, excessive workload, discrimination are common here. My managers like micro management ohhh sorry nano management . Working on approved leave, weekends and even on sick leave are the minimal expectations. Some key take aways from this so called NAB India innovation centre- A) First and the foremost no innovation happens in NAB. B) Secondly they have joined hands with ANSR which is equally worse as them (everyone is an associate director in ANSR) C) HR is clueless as to what are the key attributes while you go out hiring - don’t have the basic courtesy to share feedback post interviews D) NAB is made of good for nothing guys who have spend 20 off years at ANZ and have managed to become VP’s here (they were team managers in ANZ) E) Their interview process is a joke - they ask funny questions have no interest what anyone is brings to the table F) No parking, no Canteen - however Bangaloreans are exceptions...Read More
