No I couldn’t like anything working there other than living in Bangalore. No they didn’t support me through COVID-19 lockdown. I don’t know about others.

1. Very hierarchical management culture. 2. All decisions are taken from a distant central office without any discussion or consultation or intimation with stakeholders. Even branch heads are unaware of the decisions. 3. Perfect breeding ground for office politics as there is no work culture. People know very well that playing poli tics is the only way they can get their things done. They don’t even spare students. 4. It’s a coaching institute for with various branches in the disguise of a school. I have no problem if they declare themselves as a coaching institute. ( shame on them for fooling people and playing with the future of children) 5. They give importance only to Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Everything else is secondary and has no value in their eyes. They are cashing in on the immaturity of the Indian education market. 6. They prefer appoint people with less bargaining power so that they can enslave them and get work out of them the way they want it. 7. The company is good at excelling mainly in competitive exams like JEE, NEET. Other than this the staff seems to be really hard working but the benefits are less likely to few subject teachers.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no career growth,work environment seems to be exhausting with the over work burden.

I work as an English teacher teaching from classes 8,9 & 10th. Including this I also taught college students for one year for both 1st & 2nd years both PU and CBSE .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
