There is nothing to look in this institution. Zero motivation, least women empowerment and zero respect for women. Pay disparity in genders. Horrible work culture. The institution lacks basics of any educational society. No library, no lab, no staff room and nothing at all.

There is nothing to look forward in this institution. Zero motivation. Gender disparity in pay implementation. No women empowerment. No respect for women. They lack the basics if an educational institute. no library, no labs, no staff room and nothing at all. They just sell education. Disgusting. No culture at all leave alone work culture.
