Unprofessional dean and centrehead.no leaves are allowed. no salary hikes No right to speak.No proper HR policies. If someone likes all these can join there.

All management are corporate gundas. They donot know the value of a good teacher. Emi based heads are sitting there

... made fun of by the students and the work is trivialized due to that reason. Benefits are almost non existent, even the travel allowance is given late and sometimes you're expected to pay from your own pocket. They cater mostly to the employees who have been with them for over 2-3 years. But newly joined employees get no acknowledgement or respect. And the TLs don't value or acknowledge you at all. They make it a point to show you the "hierarchy" rather than making you feel comfortable. Unfortunately there are no retention strategies to stop bleeding employees. Pros. Good learning opportunities. Working under a sort of brand can open lots of possibilities 5 days work.

No acknowledgement from the higher ups.

Salary used to come( even though most of the time it is delayed by 10-15 days).

Dislikes

Consistent pressure for results. Delayed salary . Extra long working hours. Management treating faculties as slave. No recognition for good work. Sometimes,even used to call faculties on Sundays.

Hostel and mess facility is provided to teachers. Students at the institute are exceptionally talented. Transport services are also available.

Dislikes

Employment contract is not provided. Promotion is given without compensation. Not an equal opportunity employer as they discriminate on the basis of gender/gender identity. Management is poor and minimal facilities are provided to teach. Some of the teachers regularly harass students.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No time to build career and In some rare situation there was stress
