Nothing that's why I choose to resign.

The company is very much partial and they don't value the employees work. They have flexible and reduced working hours for "THE FAMILY EMPLOYEES". You will never get free by 6:30 and they don't pay for the over time. They change my profile work frequently and adds new jobs. They are very bad at giving incentives and bonus. There is no professionalism or proper working culture they keep on changing my workplace for no reason manager was also very partial and not doing anything for employees and company development. You have to plead in front of you senior and then the boss of the company to take a leave, if you get I'll and took a day off they think you are making excuses they literally told me to take medicine and get back to the work.
