There's not much in this company to like.

Dislikes

I have worked here for over 2.5 years and had a very bad experience. There is no growth and career opportunities. There is no proper constructive management and policies in this company. They neither look after their staff well being nor they provide any benefit during their time of need. Salary package is very poor depending upon the work load. Behavior of lab incharge is very rude with the staff. As a whole it is not suitable for a fresher to start their career with as it would put a bad impact to a fresher's mind....Read More

Colleagues are friendly.

Dislikes

Chief pathologist of lab is very rude and he insult every staffs, misbehave with his staffs, ambience of work is very bad with internal politics, and more over salary is very low and no apprisal occurs yearly.
