There are a lot of projects through which one can learn the designing from scratch to advanced level. One can enhance their softs skills along with core skills. According to me the best part was handling project by own and client handling vendor management it enhances your social skills and professional attitude towards people. Teamwas collaborative and our Boss was also supportive most of the time. According to the organisation growth, one can ensure his/her own growth as well. Initially the salary was less. You have to finish your assigned work before going home it can stretch the office timings.
