Company doesn't have any policy for employees. No work-life balance. Reimbursement of your site expenses is not possible. Dictator ship rule. One man army type company (lala company). Join at your own risk. No HR policy (one auto driver is employed as of HR) and he don't know what is HR.

Overall staff is good and very helpful and everyone is very polite. Managers are very supportive and motivated. Office environment is healthy.
