Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the good management. Company policy are good,appraisals are fair and they good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which can not resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees. Management doesn't address ourissues.

The job is quite interesting.i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.
