Working environment is good. Coworkers are friendly. Senior employees and leads are soo nice and supportive. Salary will be credited in time. Good for freshers.

Dislikes

Alternative saturdays are working. Considering the industry standards, the salary package is less. Growth is slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
