The way they promise everything before onboarding

First of all Micromanagement at its peak. All the senior management and HR supports the micromanagement. Secondly, even though I was hired to work as BA in Muthoot pappachan technologies, I was asked to work form Muthoot Fincorp Head office with poor workstation (not even proper ventilation). Also during the interview process the JDwas for a Business analyst, but once I joined it is not aligning to what was spoken before and they needed a person in PMO role( project coordinator/ project manager) The working hours is from 9am to 6pm, if we leave after 6 they will send memo asking why left the office with out permissions....Read More
