Here is no work balance full of Discrimination If you North India then you well get 0 Benifits if you are south Indian so you well get Lots of Benifits.I don't have word for this company I have bad experience and lots of bad memories.they treat me like a dog because of I'm North Indian.they are saying that they are having 130 Years of Legacy but they react like a Gawar Company

Job security is there but u will be a prisoner if u r doing job in a branch level as there were lot of recoveries as Muthoot deals in gold if we take fake gold and stolen gold by mistake then we have pay recovery for that and that gold which we took might have different loan value for example if we took fake gold from any customer and we sanctioned 2 lakh rupees and that 2 lakh rupees we have to give them as recovery. My experience was very worst as my manager was very pathetic. I won't say very much but I will advice that if I anyone want to join Muthoot then do job on Regional office level or CO level....Read More

Everything. But I would share one situation. In Covid pendamic they told us to do marketing even we were in operation job and they took advantage of this pendamic they didn't give us increament.
