Work Culture and environment are good. Employees are interactive without any personal dislikes. The team I'm working with is so supportive in type of works. I have developed certain skills after joining here.

Dislikes

The salary am paid with is very less compared with my job role and other freshers. When I joined as a fresher this salary was enough for me and now I'm here for more than a year but still no enough increment in salary.

People are really helpful & amazing to work with. Quarterly Incentives are really good as the company is doing really well! Occasional team lunch & parties do happen, but very occasionally.

Corporate Office - Work Culture is really outdated here. People are still expected to clean their beards even though the controlling offices are not customer facing units, not allowed to leave the office at all until unless it's lunch time,strict timing for lunch - 30 mins, not allowed to get up from the chair unnecessarily, mobile phones are allowed for some & not allowed for some based on god knows what basis, a very strict attendance - will cut half day if even late for 1 second,non-flexible, unnecessary morning meetings on a daily basis & much more....Read More

To relaxation for rate of interest in every months because most of customer are middle class and below middle class so to all the customers not able to pay the interest every month continuously so its change into 3months once easy to pay...and sorry one customer to ask this that's only i share this.... Dislike every thing no word life balance no work culture over there seniors are illiterate and has no manners they have no right to abuse to an employeeworst behaviour also you have got cold calling on Sunday after joining before joining it says 9- 6 but after you join you can understand it's 9-7 or 9-8

HR cannot do independently in their best practice as per industry. Less salary industry. Old branch Offices are its still old and not renovations; and opening new offices. Even though advanced technology are implementing the systems and peripherals are old. Etc, etc.

Work,local politics,half salary goes to company only through OTC, seniors behaviour is truly terrifying,branch manager is everything here if he say this employee is good he is good if he says he is bad he is out of employment and out of system no one is good at employee wellness.

The working culture takes you back to the British era history.....so you can actually know how does it feel to be a slave.

Terrible terrible work culture. Not recommended for females at all. Many hidden policies and rules which will convert you to slavery. Be very very aware while signing any contract. If you are dying of hunger then only join here.
