Kolkata Regional office member like R.M (ABDUL WAHID), DRM (SANDIP KUMAR CHAKRABORTY), PRITAM PODDER is hurmfull for every account staff. They behave like every account staff is slave for them... Work culture is big big "ZERO".. Muthoot finance is the most underrated company.

The one and only thing is good that they pay the salary on time. But the salary is very low compared to their competitors.

Nothing is good in the company. The regional office staff will not help you when you face some problems. When you join the company they will tell you that it's a 9-6 job but in reality it is 9-7:30 job or beyond. Create senseless pressure by the management. Even they forcefully work you on "SUNDAY". That means there are no holiday. Think 100 times before join this company.

Bahut kam salary hai and bahut jayada work pressure dete hain bilkul chindi company hai and koi job security nahi hai hamesha dar laga rahta hai job ka and fraud ka agar koi bhi fraud ho jaye to tumhe paise dene padenge.and management bhi sabko chor samajhti hai.badhua mazdoor ki tarah kaam lete hai.raat ko 8 baje tak kaam lete hain subha 1 min bhi late ho jaao to salary kaat lete hain.

Branch staffs are cooperative. Pressure is low as compared to banks and other NBFCs if your branch has customer walking.

1.Salary is very low as compared to industry and other companies. 2.RO management are worst. They will not pick your call even if customers is shouting on you for their loan closure. 3.Branch staffs have to listen customers abusive language because they have closed accepting all kinds of online payments and also did not give virtualaccount to customers on time. 4. So many leaves are you have but officer not sanctioned the leaves Nowadays customers also suffering the gold loan releasing transaction after 3 days 🙏 we request to create a virtual 🆔 but officer is saying not given a big today 😔 present situation is very bad in our some regions
