Well from My point Of view , There Is no Growth... I have seen Many of senior staff still is in the post of junior Relationship excutive. They have experience Of 10 years.... When I saw them, So i always wonder to Switch the job. I think Muthoot Finance Should work on the PMS rating system and Provide Growth and designation To the staff by their tenure. PMS Rating For the CCE is worst system i ever had seen in my Life... No CCE can Take 5/5 Scores. Due to PMS and Target that given to them. The things I like is Salary On Time. No Such pressure as compare to Banks and others NBFC. Pleasant atmosphere. And many other things that I can't describe....Read More

Work Details

Well Working From 9 To 6 . Traveling Hours like 1 to 1.5 take 10 to 11 hours Of the day... Life becomes very hards while working with muthoot. No such time for family and others relatives. So I am totally cut off the Society and Socially.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
