Job Purpose

• Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of loan applicants' financial status, credit history, and other relevant factors to determine their eligibility for credit.

• Risk Assessment: Evaluate the risk associated with extending credit to applicants based on their financial health, payment history, and market conditions.

• Underwriting: Review loan applications, financial statements, and other documents to make informed decisions on approving or denying credit requests.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the credit evaluation and approval process.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate with applicants to gather additional information, clarify terms and conditions, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

• Decision Making: Make sound credit decisions based on careful analysis, judgment, and adherence to established guidelines and best practices.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to enhance knowledge and skills related to credit evaluation and risk management.

Education Qualification: Graduate from any stream

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Home Loans, LAP or any other in mortgage underwriting in micro & affordable segment.

Salary Budget: Upto 5 Lacs CTC per annum
