For long run you will devalue yourself in job market as tolaram is proper lala setup with less focus on latest trends and ideas. For Indians living in Africa, it will be quite hard to come back to india and settle because no one in India will give them that much compensation when compared to their skills. Loving in Africa, specifically Nigeria is like sofisticated jail. You will get all facilities but you will be bound within your flat, car, community. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
