I was working on third party payroll. There behavior is worst for Temp staff. Worst for Third party No job security, no increment, no career growth. Work environment is good for on roll employees.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
