Nothing be like in this company

Dislikes

Worst company I have ever worked. No job security and no perk. Owner is psycho and beats himself everyday in front of staff without any reason. He is mentally unfit. Neither they provide any type of documents like joining, receiving nor follow any standard. It's like lala ki company. They are theft. Not follow any rule.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
