If you get into the right team, you could be working with the biggest companies in the world on solving some of their biggest problems using machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques
Dislikes
If you get into the wrong team, and there is no control over this for you, you could be doing menial mundane work. And that too for over 14 hours a day.

Nothing. It used to be good. But now with ridiculous policies and 3 year bond and terrible exit policies, none of the good and smart people would want to join here. Hence now we are left with people from low tier colleges who want to show off their non-existent skills. I agree that some people are good but they often leave when theysee the state the company is in. Negative work environment. Everyone complains about how bad the company work environment is and overall it is a toxic environment. Comapny claims to do the math but all they do is some menial work in excel that even a 12th passed kid with no formal college education can do. Managers are also not the best. They want to show off and get things done at the expense of their employees health. They overpromise and to keep that they subject their employees to all kinds of torture like staying overnight (and still make it to office on time next day to avoid salary cut). Now they have fixed lunch times and you have to eat the horrible food they provide (because jail). I worked a lot, gave my everything without caring about my health and in the end got no appreciation. They just try to find something wrong in what I did. Also whatever I did out of my way, they would simply brush it off saying, this is Mu Sigma and it is expected out of you to exceed expectations greatly so nothing to appreciate. Overall I had a bad experience....Read More
