The leadership is open to giving more responsibility to employees within 2 years. This creates a very steep learning curve at the beginning of a career.

The good thing about Mu Sigma is that it provides you with good opportunities quite early in your career. This can and does go wrong at times, especially for the clients owing to the lack of experience of the people. But the training used to be amazing and there were some really good folks who even help others to get better. Sadly, that's not the case anymore.
Dislikes
They have a general tendency to over promise and to fulfill that promise the employee is pressured to the point of breakdown. No concern for employee and even clients are made a fool of by portraying college freshers as industry experts and are often providing low quality solutions. Plus the employee benefits are poor compared to the market and given the falling revenue, job security is no more there. Add to this hefty one sided contracts that make you feel like bonded labour and force you to pay hefty fines to the likes of 10Lakhs if you want to leave before the contract period....Read More

During my time there were very good data science projects and I had a lot of good exposure to data sciences.
Dislikes
Due to the bond, the company has no incentive to have a good working environment. This leads to the breakdown of work-life balance, bad culture, low pay and all good people leave once the bond period is over.

Tremendous growth in learning. Best experience a fresher can have.

Employees need to stretch at work on most of the days. Seniors expect us to stay back and complete work, when clearly it can be done on the next day. It's better to make it clear to clients that something can't be done in the expected period of time.

Wonderful people to work with. Unluckily not everyone gets the same kind of work, a lot of people end up working on problems way more complicated than others. Still, everyone is equally paid. It can be a pro and a con as well.
All in all, a great place to start your career at with loads of learning.

The peer group is the best you can wish for. Work is nice - some days challenging, other days chill. Mu Sigma gives a wonderful launchpad to a college graduate's career.
Dislikes
Pay is quite low for a place like Bangalore. The leadership team is quite incompetent and not employee-friendly, which means their decisions make other employees suffer, e.g., clocking 9-hours of time every day, even if you are sick to avoid penalty. Mu Sigma leadership would 'ask' employees to voluntarily resign just before bonus or hike.
