Other than timely salary nothing is good about this company
Dislikes
1) People passing out from college getting converted into something known as AL (sort of managerial position).
2) These AL's come up with ridiculous systems. For example: Major bulk of People (AL's mainly) with zero technical skills nominated as Front Liners (FL) whereas people possessing actual technical skills are nominated as either Middle Liners (ML) or Back Liners. (BL)
3) The 3 year Contact they offer is absolutely unlawful and against Employment Law. They demand 10Lakhs (which they claim to invest in training which is very strange, but in reality they don't provide any such level of training) for experience letters if someone wants to leave.
4) The work life balance is absolutely horrible
5) The work culture also extremely toxic.
6) If one can diplomatically work on favouritism then they might stand a chance otherwise a whole lot of dirty politics goes around the company's structure.
6) They'll want you to come to office at time but when it comes to working hours they promise 9 hours but actually it's 12-14hours
7) Consolidation of the above points have resulted in high attrition rate in this company which is very obvious...Read More
