For me so far its a nice company. Full filled all commitments they made in offer later or confirmed over call...salary surely comes on last working day or before that . Employee friendly and fair rules for all. But inspite of all you have to serve at least 2 years else they will impose a finacial bond of around 8000MYR.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
