I am greatfull to the company as it gave opportunity to start my career in pharma industry.Head office staff was very helpful so were all of your directors and managing director.I was supported at every step by management team.I got good first hand experience in pharma world.I a good understanding of the industry and its working.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
