Management doesn't call you for any work after office hours, but during the office hours you have to work properly, use to have fun in the office, also plan for outing and trips. Long holidays during Diwali festival, all national holidays are off. Everything was good during my employment with Mrmmbs Vision, this company gives the opportunity to the freshers as well, but when any fresher or employee doesn't work properly or doesn't perform well at work, they give enough time to the employee to improve their performance. You have to work properly during office hours, the 1-hour lunch break they offer, I guess that is enough for everyone. On-time salary, maximum by the 10th of every month.
