Nothing so far, everything is good, except for some employees who try to cheat with the management and manipulate the information in the organization. Management should keep an eye on such employees.

Management trust on wrong person as well, who harm the organization reputation and spread rumour in the team, management should keep eye on such employees. Rest is fine.
