I feel lucky and proud to be a part of MPS family as I just got the exact profile which matched my talent mix. The higher ups were spot on to identify my skills and since then its been going great. At MPS the work is just not the routine but its about great relationships. The mentors guide you and correct you whenever you are wrong,again with empathy and total sympathy. The cross-functional teams are splendid to help you during the most basic requirement to the most trickiest one. Though its been only sometime that I have been around, the connections that I have built will come as a treasured forte in my future days. If you talk about the work culture, I always have been supported by my team at my location as well as other locations which I feel is a uncommon advantage. Though there are some flexibility you will get but it restricts to only some people.

If your manager is not satisfy with your work whatever effort/talent you put, your manager will ruin your career. Everytime he will drown you to his level. He knows if you will rise then it's become a threat to him. Huge work politics in the company.
