Honestly I did not find anything that grave to dislike or not manageable. A dedicated employee could overlook a few hick-ups. However, as I believe that there is always a scope of improvement and considering that I gave four star on each parameter.

Glad to be out of this company. Very poor work atmosphere and extremely incompetent leadership led by an AVP who leads AI / ML. The AVP who heads this AI team is rude , arrogant , technically incompetent and seems to be very insecure. Atmosphere is that of a KG school and employees are treated like 6 year old kids. Where there should have been discussion about technical problems is replaced by micromanagement and tracking what employees are doing. I could go on but my one advice is stay away if you want to do anything serious in AI / ML....Read More

salary on time on the last day of the month, work life balance is good, get wfh whenever needed, hybrid mode (2 day WFH), sat and sun fixed off, leave policies are good

no career growth, lots of corporate politics, no skill development, project based work if no project possibility of lay off is there, only the one who can butter the seniors can get promotions or appraisals, the senior management crumbles under pressure if not met there yearly revenue so they start shouting on the floor sometimes on the juniors., no constructive feedback is given to the team

Though there are some flexibility you will get but it restricts to only some people.

If your manager is not satisfy with your work whatever effort/talent you put, your manager will ruin your career. Everytime he will drown you to his level. He knows if you will rise then it's become a threat to him. Huge work politics in the company.
