Toxic work culture, People were treated like idiots by the so called management, Too much workload which can't be handled effectively. They don't care about your family, they only wants the outcome. Very low salary, different salary will be given after holding our certificates. Never try to work in this college. It was hectic experience, where for the 4 years and 5 sections only 5 professor's were handled for a semester. You won't have any job security in here, without any notice they'll kick you out and they'll hold your certificate for atleast 3mont

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
