Mothersonsumi infotech working culture is production type non IT. And not supporting HR team to any employee those resigned and talki as non professional. Not provide any additional benefits to employees.

Dislikes

NON IT work culture ,HR team behaviour as a unprofessional, once any employee leave Then organization and then asking any documents then HR team not replying. I am also waiting a document last 2monts,but now not got any responce from HR team

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
