I thought it was a good company but no I was totally wrong.

Dislikes

No job security Total politics Your seniors will have lack of knowledge but they still give you comments on your works which will make you frustrated At beginning they will show cooperation but later you will end with nothing because they will not value you and your ideas. The worst part is total politics they will show when it comes to some emergency cases.

The company is good but the Automotive team is worst. The manager, project manager and lead assign unachievable targets and they also keep poking ever minute. Moreover, there is no exit time they assign task and expect to complete till night which gets frustrating. They will not support you and will blame in small mistakes. Worst work life balance.

Company culture is very good. No micro-management and flexible working hours. People are very knowledgeable and helpful. 3 months bonus practice is the best thing to keep someone motivated.

Dislikes

The company don't offer growth opportunities, you will only work on qualitative parts of report despite having experience in MEs. Sometimes you have to stretch past your working hours (but you will get paid for that)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
