No Work Life Balance, Poor Working Culture, Lack of Diversity in Inclusion, No appreciation culture. Leadership is not solution oriented but blaming employees and pinpointing employees all the time. They force people to resign without giving valid reasons even if that employee has not done such big mistake which leads to this.
