Company name is very good from outside..but once you enter u ll know with in 1 or 2 month very worst company u ever saw..I worked many companies in hyderabd..but this is very bad working culture.

The management of moldtek dont have even single point on employ concerns. They ll pay u have to work like hell..in MES department few team leads fully dummy they dont know even what freshers knows...they are big suckers for MES team and mangers are like ............ I dint get word to address them.... They are worst than covid virus. Very bad experience in my carrier and i dont refer anyone even fresher to that company.. And one more fckng shit is for freshers they have 3 years bond with 1Lakh deposite it is rediculous.

Mold tek technologies As I joined in mechanical team around 2016 there was a good culture and benefits of employees. Now there are no employee benefits and managers are useless and didn't even co-ordinate with employee. All they need is extra work hours and holiday compensations. Politics are more u ever seen in Hyderabad companies.

Worst hikes, no training, no career growth and politics makes you afraid of corporate offices.

There is nothing that you will like here. If you like also the management or the senior staff sees to it that you dislike the company and leave asap. Sadistic mentalities can be found only here.

Dislikes

New joinee fresher or experienced has to listen to seniors. If we display good knowledge or speak logically we will be targeted. Lack of parking in the company is a major issue. Security damage vehicles of employees. Any new joinee will be ragged and humiliated till his self confidence becomes zero.
