Dislikes

We need to fight with management (professional fight LOL) to get incentives and c-offs (basically promised by them only) After working on weekends & holidays, employees should wait atleast 2 months to get benefits like C-offs & incentives that too not complete amount. It's listed company in stock exchange but struggling to pay 1000/- incentives. No cultural activities & team outings happened in 4 years - one of the reason employees are not showing interest to work. Working hours - 9hrs 30minutes. Appraisals always delayed by 4-6 months but arrears paid. Employee will not know how much hike he/she has got in these 4-6 months delayed appraisals until salary & arrears credits after 4-6 months....Read More
