Likes

I like how the servers were down after office hours encouraging desk space utlilization and work-life balance efficiently. I like how i am fortunate to have worked cross cultural teams, it has people from diverse backgrounds of age, experience, education, location and gender who are all highly talented.

Dislikes

I like everything there but i were to give an area of improvement i would really love to see an emphasis on business ethics and morality. Newgen already has strict ethics and law but as a pioneer in product development Indian MNC they have power within the society, they affect almost every aspect of their employees' lives, and can have a major impact on the democratic process of government. They do major contribution to the societies to force for good and for positive contribution. with that power you have greater responsibility to hiring and executing day to day affairs of your employee's wellbeing....Read More

There is minimal growth, and the works lacks challenges. A majority of the projects are support - based, which can be considered a waste of time and skills for software engineers aspiring to advance in their careers.
