appraisal is generally delayed by 3-4 months or more. internal shuffling across teams and other projects can happen overnight! only 7 days on-site relocation assistance is given after that individual has to manage on it's own. (don't forget the travel allowance & expenses settlements, as it can burn a hole in the pocket) work OT fora week, no one would notice but work 1hr less for a day & everyone would have a thing to say for a week....Read More
