I love that it is a work from home opportunity, also the shift timings are great.

Dislikes

I would really appreciate, if the working hours are reduced by an hour and also its would be great if everyone could get 1 day additional week off with Sunday. The reason behind it is that the Government bodies are not active on Sundays, also just one Sunday isn't enough for weekly activities. Please look into this matter, everything else is really great!

I've been working with Moksh Tech for over a year now. They provide you the training material you need to help get started. They offer competitive salaries and gives the chance to have a good work/life balance. They also assist you in reaching your development goals.

Dislikes

If you need to request a Paid Time Off (PTO) you need to do that moths ahead which is sometimes impossible, although you can discuss that with your management team.

Don't go there even by mistake, there is no job security, they will fire you citing any useless reason, they will not give you even a single rupee as salary, on the contrary you will have to invest your own money for the company

You get termination in the name of salary, do the work and then terminate later, zero professionalism, 24/7 work, they will not give salary, work for free, there are very useless people in the companies, there is no job security, they can fire you anytime
