Dislikes

Mostly Work in payroll like a Excel data entry work. Over work load due to no stability in Payroll department so many employees are join and abscond within short times. Even management never appreciate employee work and treated like servant of Parent company Apparel Group. There is no stability and top management replace employee frequently. Poor leadership by HR Manager Ms. Firdaus Khan.

1. Feels like Govt office (no stress, no Target, complete heaven for age group of 45-60yrs of employee) 2. Manipulation (Managers will teach you how to manipulate and get the work done) 3. Patience testing (Management will test your patience by Ignoring any visible issues of employee) 4. Favourism (If you belong from "Southern Part of India" then congratulations , you are hired and promoted already) 5. Typing Speed Improvement (Everyone working here be it Accountant , Merchandiser, HR, Auditor all are just doing data entry task which will increase typing speed) 6. Cost Saving (by working in Modex you will learn how to work hard without getting salary hike & Promotion which helps learning in cost saving) 7.
