Dumbest training ever. Less package. Jealous colleagues. (if your better than them then they have problems with you) They hate other state people. HR's are very slow in their process when you raise a complaint against employee grievances. Colleagues takes things too personally. Employee doesn't know how to communicate professionally. (They communicate in foul language, and tries to Blackmail you when they see a fault in your work) Non will understand you in the firm, if it's your fault or not you still have to understand your seniors and move on.
