I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Thing I like about working in MKCL is u get to work on live projects,latest technology... seniors are very enthusiastic ..that u also get motivated to work.

Dislikes

There's is lack in work-life balance...u have to work on holidays n at home in order to meet deadlines..but heavy work load has become common in IT companies.
