They dont have any proper job role, kra etc etc. Being legal manager in the company is like becoming a personal assistant to one of the director of the company. Without any dedicated job role u always have to wait for your boss instructions what to do. This company is very good for all other job roles except legal as this company does not have much legal work to do.
