They are really good in everything except they don't have good lead generation so salary is not satisfying.

Work life is excellent... With a very nice team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
