The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The organization was good, but due to some wrong staff job, security was very poor, especially in the compliance department.

Dislikes

The manager in a compliance department does not appraise the value of work and feels insecure about his job if anyone performs well. This is the reason every year he fired the employee.
